Chili Willi's Mexican Cantina

When you think of Fajitas you think “Sizzle” in the Hot Cast Iron pan. We use Tender Skirt Steak Marinated and Sliced Thin, along with Boneless Chicken Breast cut into Thin Strips for our Fajitas. They are Grilled along with Sliced Red Onions and Bell Peppers, then set on a HOT Cast Iron Skillet where they Sizzle with Flavor. Served with Soft Flour Tortillas, Pico de Gallo, Cheddar Cheese and Sour Cream to make your own Soft Fajita Tacos. Choose two side dishes for the Grande Portion and one side dish for the Individual Portion including Mexican Rice, Refried Beans or Soup for a Complete Southwestern Meal.
